We help provide work opportunities for people who are struggling to a get a job through our charity, JERICHO. This means that buying from us helps you to easily achieve your ESG targets.
Making A Difference For Our Cleaners
Looking after our team
Your JERICHO cleaner will be directly employed by us (we don’t use zero hours contracts), receive the Real Living Wage (or more) and get pension benefits and holiday pay from day one of employment.
Wrap-around support
Our supervisors are Mental Health First Aid trained and make regular visits to check in with our cleaners and we are part of the charity, JERICHO, who deliver personalised wrap-around support through its dedicated team.
